Early life
[change | change source]Britney Jean Spears was born on December 2, [1] Her parents are Lynne Irene (née Bridges) and James Parnell Spears.
She grew up in Kentwood, Louisiana. One of Spears's maternal great-great-grandfathers was Maltese.[2] Her siblings are Bryan James and Jamie Lynn.[3] She was the middle of three children.
